I’m experiencing issues with the BHtv site. What should I do?

We apologize for the issues you are experiencing with BHtv. We appreciate your patience and we want to do our best to serve you and address your concerns. Kindly first check through this FAQs page to see if your answer is here. If not, then please submit a ticket to our Help Desk at: www.BiblicalHealth.tv/help When submitting your support ticket, please choose the category that best describes your issue, so it will be properly routed to the correct person, allowing us to respond as quickly and accurately as possible.

How do I log into the Members Website?

Simply click the “Members Access” link on the upper left of any page on the Biblical Health TV site.

Who is authorized to access my Membership account?

Unless otherwise specified, all BHtv Memberships are “Lifetime Household Memberships”. This means you and your household may access your content from anywhere and at anytime. We define “household” as those who formally reside at your residence on a full-time basis, whether your family or housemates. We seek to keep BHtv memberships incredibly affordable, and our products come with either a trial or refund period, so it’s easy for those outside your household to get their own memberships and try us out without risk. None of our members, regardless of level, should EVER share their username/password, nor assist in the pirating of our content for distribution to non-members! (Let’s play fair with each other, OK?) Illegal sharing of your membership or any BHtv content may result in the permanent loss of your Membership, your forfeiting access to all content from the beginning of your Membership without refund, and permanent restriction from any future BHtv Membership. Please respect our content licensing restrictions, and nobody (we nor you) gets hurt. Thank you

How do I unsubscribe from/cancel a Membership?

Sorry, no one is allowed to desert the Revolution! (Just kidding!) We’re sad to have you leave us, but if you must: Simply go to our Help Desk and request a cancellation:  www.BiblicalHealth.tv/help Your membership will be suspended as of the day of your request, you will no longer be billed for future recurring payments, and you will continue to receive new content until your current month expires. You will also retain lifetime access to any content that has been released to you. If you wish to reactivate your membership in the future, just contact the Help Desk requesting reactivation, and we will restart your membership right where you left off. Please note: No refunds will be issued on paid monthly memberships, or on other products past any stated guarantee period.

How do I Unsubscribe from your Email List?

There is always an unsubscribe link on the bottom of every email notice we send you, so you may leave our list at any time. If you have a membership we highly discourage your unsubscribing from our elist because you will not receive important notifications about your membership. We do not spam or sell your email address to others, and try our best to limit the number of emails we send, and have the ones we distribute be meaningful.

Do you offer Scholarships?

Yes, we do. If you cannot genuinely afford a BHtv membership, please write our Help Desk to request information about our BHtv Scholarship program.
